Jim B Glenwood , IA September 06, 2023 Appliance: Model FAFW4221LWO Damaged outer door panel on the washing machine I ordered a new outer door panel and replaced it. The only recommendation I have is to clean any plastic residue from the screws that hold the outer panel to the inner panel. I did not clean up the first screw on the reassembly and it broke the plastic screw mounting holes when tightening the screw. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
