Using the Built in Stepping Function, Stepped through each part of cycle looking for anything that wasn't happening. All functions worked, no errors. Eventually, I surmised there was not enough water, so I opened door at fill time, and tossed in about a gallon of water. Then I could hear the difference in the wash action. Then I measured the water going into the dishwasher by accessing the fill tube on the side of the dishwasher. It was only about 1/2 of the amount it said it should be. The only thing that controlled the water was a timer, and an overflow valve. I checked the overflow switch, and it was good, so I surmised the valve was not allowing enough water into the dishwasher. I ordered a couple valves, and installed one. The problem was fixed. I took the old valve apart, and it had a rubber diaphragm that was leaking through, causing the valve to not open completely. Maybe poor design, bad rubber, or bad city water? All is well now Note: I Needed a torx socket set to remove valve. And, Schematic was located rolled up in a plastic protrusion underneath the machine. You have to pull out the machine to access the water fill tube, and I bought an 8 foot line to access it on a workbench. Fix took 15 minutes, troubleshooting took 2 or more hours
