I noted that others had a similar experience. The spray arms were free and clear and it was noticeable the circulation pump was working. The only part that was determined to be bad was the water inlet valve. My options were to either replace this part at a minimal cost or replace the dishwasher. I ordered my part from appliancepros.com and was there by day 2. Replacement took about 15 minutes. Dishwasher works like new again!
