Started by replacing the upper and middle spray arms. After that no change, dishes in the upper rack not clean. Suspected low water pressure was causing the problem. Next, I replaced the water delivery tubing. Still no change, in fact now the dishes in the lower rack were not getting clean now. Next, I decided to replace the impeller. After removing the water supply tubing and the cover I now had access to the impeller. The inspection of the impeller didn't reveal any problems. Next, I removed the cover that supply's the water to the impeller. Found that the disposer cutter had broken causing the food particles to block the water inlet screen to the impeller. Cleaned the screen, replaced the disposer cutter and impeller. After that, I ran a short wash cycle with no dishes to clear any other debris in the water supply and spray system. Problem solved.
