James G Portland , OR February 20, 2021 Appliance: Model GE TRITON XL The dishes weren’t getting as clean as they could and upper rack would fall off sometimes. I thoroughly cleaned the inside of DW and that's when I found the worn parts on the middle and upper arms. Removed the arms to clean out the insides and saw worn pieces. Looked them up on appliance parts pros and $8.98 later, I have a very well functioning 15 y.o. DW once again. I've also used appliance parts pros to help fix my washing machine.
