Cycle would seem to start and then wouldn't continue. Tried several times, sometimes filling with water, sometimes not. Was able to start and stop the start button and get the water pumped out, but no cycle.
Initially tried a tower cost "opened box - new" but that only caused the touchpad to stop altogether.
Put this one in and it's working fine. (Moral: don't be cheap, use a reputable supplier)
Some cautions: I built a small platform so the opened door could rest on the floor while unscrewing the front door panel. This allowed me to keep the two pieces together. Once the outer panel is disconnected from the inner door panel, the inner door panel will want to spring back and it will yank out the two wire harnesses that are attached to the outer panel. Once all the screws are out, you'll want to carefully bring both panels up so the inner panel rests against the latch and the outer panel can be opened just enough to remove the two wiring harnesses to fully release the outer panel.
Also, after installation, close and latch the door, then plug in the power. Within 30 seconds the set -up cycle will begin. I just let it run the full cycle until the drying phase.
