Found information on this site stating that the door hinge is most likely the problem.
Entered model number and found part and ordered it. There was also a video showing the steps to replace that I found very helpful.
Received the part in a couple of days and installed it. Happy to say it fixed the problem saving me several hundred dollars.
So happy I found the site and will always use when any appliance needs fixing.
