Ordered 3 parts dealing with heating and drying dishes. Thermostat and heating coil were ordered and installed separately but did not fix the problem. The final control panel repair fixed the problem. Videos explaining how to install the parts were great. Something that would be very helpful would be to include in the videos how to test each part with a voltmeter to ensure it was good before purchasing the part. I found this information elsewhere after I had needlessly ordered two parts and prolonged my repair waiting for the parts to arrive. Otherwise I found your website and service to be exceptional.
