Googled the error code to find what the issue was, then went to AppliancePartsPros.com to watch a repair video. The video was very good but didn't exactly match my unit as my unit had a full plastic bottom on it. luckily I was able to access the drain pump through the right side after lifting the insulation.
It was a little tight getting the new pump back in but it worked ok. The new pump corrected the problem
