After troubleshooting and emailing your technical support, determined that the problem was with the motor. Called the hotline to check on the return policy in case my self diagnosis was not correct and gentlemen reviewed the return policy in great detail then assisted me in the ordering of the part. Placed order on a Friday at 2pm and paid for regular shipping which was told would be 2 to 5 business days. Part was delivered next day, less than 24 hours after I placed the order. Took about an hour to install the pump and motor and dishwasher is working perfectly. Excellent support and service and will use again if and when needed.
