Simply replaced the racks! I know this seems simple but I needed to take a moment to praise Appliance Parts Pros. I did have an issue with the lower rack as it did not fit well in the dishwasher. I realized that it was bent in shipping so I went back to their site and found the return process to be very simple. I filled out the form and printed a shipping label. I was still on their site when I received a phone call from them asking for more details. They immediately sent me an email to attach some pictures and within 30 minutes told me that a replacement was on its way and that I didn’t need to return the defective one. I got my new rack the next day and it fit perfectly! They are simply the best company I have ever worked with in any industry. Their website includes detailed videos on how to troubleshoot and install every part I have ever ordered and finding the correct parts couldn’t be easier. They have really put a lot of time into this and their efforts are not lost on me. They are my one and only source for all of my home appliance repair needs.
