Ge WD28X31820 Dishwasher Upper Dishrack OEM Part

Found the correct racks on Appliance Parts.com. They shipped as promised. When I received them, however, I couldn't figure out how to replace the top rack. Didn't know how to get the end cap off Sooo - I went back on the website and watched the repair video and voila - was easy. All that was required was a flathead screwdriver and the knowledge of where to use it!!! Replacements in the dishwasher in 5 minutes or less. Great website and very helpful videos. I will recommend this website to others.

I received the replacement baskets very promptly, and quickly replaced both of them. As my GE Dishwasher is over 18 years old, the baskets were slightly different. The lower one, with the larger wheels didn't line up exactly, but bending out the wheels ever so slightly gave me a good fit. The top basket slid right in after removing the last remaining end cap. Using the new version end cap allowed me to finish the top replacement in a matter of seconds. Thank You for a great website, which made finding the parts very easy, along with the videos for installing the parts.

Very simple, take the old ones out with removing two taps, and install the new ones. 5 minutes tops
