My husband and I were in a pickle, the dishwasher was on strike and we knew that hiring someone to fix it would probably cost the same as buying a new one. So we decided to DIY. Our dishwasher is a Jenn Air. We googled DIY how to fix online, we had an idea what parts we needed to replace. In our research and price comparison we found Appliance Parts Pros. They had good reviews and were one of the best for prices. We ordered the touch pad control panel and the electronic control board. Appliance Parts Pro had a video on replacing the electronic control board for a Kitchen Aid dishwasher (which is also made by Whirlpool like Jenn Air), so we watched it. It was perfect! Easy to understand and an easy fix. In the video, after removing the front of the door, it had you remove the touch pad before removing the electronic control board. So the video was a two in one. We did not try testing to see which one of the parts had gone bad, we decided to replace both of them and not have to replace the other later. One and done. Our overall experience with Appliance Parts Pros is 5 stars. Great customer service, quick delivery of parts and an easy video on repair. We saved hundreds of dollars doing this ourselves.
