The schematic diagram and instruction video helped me to disassemble the rack and component hardware pieces. It helped me to determine what was good and what needed replacement. I ordered the broken pieces, re-used the remaining pieces, had them 1-day Fed-Ex delivered, and was up and running the next afternoon! ...even with overnight delivery, still cheaper than a service call.
