Wrote in, told what our problem was, my husband thought maybe it was the circuit board, they replied back right away, (I was surprise how fast), told me it was front panel, gave me the link to order front panel, it was cheaper than circuit board.
Easy to order, it arrived two days later, told 10 minutes to install. Works great.
