First I watched the repair videos which are very well done. I really like how the potential causes are ranked starting with the most likely. I popped the cover off my water dispenser and sure enough found some broken stems/tabs that hold the switch in place. I ordered the bracket and fixed the issue in a matter of a few minutes. I was very impressed with this website as it saved me quite a bit of money in getting this issue fixed.
