I spoke to a representative because I could not find my model on the website. She was very helpful in picking out the right cables. When I went to install them, I realized one of the door springs was missing as well. Although the spring I found was not exactly like the one on my dishwasher, after watching the video, I bought it and found it fit differently and works fine. I went back to order a second door spring and Appliance parts came back the same day to ensure I was not placing a duplicate order. Can't say enough about the customer service! Videos are awesome.
