Bosch 00611336 Dishwasher Door Spring OEM Part

I went on your very user friendly website and looked up my bosch dishwasher. I love your diagrams and I felt confident that I could figure out what we possibly needed to get the door to close correctly and get the washer back working again. Your staff is courteous, service was fast and I would definitely recommend Appliance Parts Pros.

I spoke to a representative because I could not find my model on the website. She was very helpful in picking out the right cables. When I went to install them, I realized one of the door springs was missing as well. Although the spring I found was not exactly like the one on my dishwasher, after watching the video, I bought it and found it fit differently and works fine. I went back to order a second door spring and Appliance parts came back the same day to ensure I was not placing a duplicate order. Can't say enough about the customer service! Videos are awesome. After seeing the repair video about replacing the spring and hinge cable, I checked, and my problem was that both hinge cables were broken. I then ordered two springs and a pair of hinge cables from appliancepartpros.com (since it was their video that convinced me how easy it would be to do. When the parts arrived later that week, I did the repair (took about 10 minutes) and now the door is better than it has been in over a year (looking back, I clearly had one broken for a long time before the other one broke--in the future, I'll do this repair earlier).

I ordered new spring lines (2 pack) as well was 2 new springs. I was startled that the parts arrived in less than 48 hours using standard shipping. I went ahead and ordered the springs, even though I assumed they were OK, since I was going to the effort of replacing the lines. I was glad that I did. When I accessed the spring mechanism, I discovered that the plastic frame that holds the spring in place was cracked and the new springs have an improved metal clip that secures to the frame in another slot in the frame. I followed the instructions in the DIY video with no issues. The entire process took about 90 minutes to replace both spring mechanisms. Glad to save the cost of a service call.

Ordered a pair of cables and springs (as long as I was in there, replaced both sides). The video made the repair straight forward. When you're all done, don't forget to turn the water back on!
