My co-worker bought a house to flip and gave me the refrigerator. I'd been looking for a garage refrigerator to store water, cola, etc in.
Fridge was essentially fine but I sanded and painted one side which had rust spots. Turned out like new. The door seal was moldy and didn't seal properly.
The only advice I can lend is to take the door off the hinges and lay it down flat. So much easier. With this seal you basically just take out all the screws, peel off old seal and set the new one in and tighten all the screws back down ensuring the seal is under the liner. Tools were a phillips screwdriver and a socket to remove door hardware. While I had the door off it was a breeze to level the refrigerator as well.
