Watched a you tube video on how to do the repair. Overnighted the part for delivery the next day. Of course the model on the video was the simple machine to get to the part and remove and replace. Our machine required removal of the top, and the front panel in addition to the front kick plate. Of course the kick plate was much more complicated to remove than the one demonstrated on you tube. However all said and done I got it done and put back together in a little over one hour. The total cost was less than it would have cost for the repair man/woman to get called out to make the diagnosis, then order the part and return a day or two later. The call-out alone would have cost about $45 more than I paid and I still would have paid the cost of the part too. All in all, it was a great deal.
