This is the third time I've replaced the locking assembly- I'm getting faster and faster at it now!
I removed the door - 4 screws total, 2 for door, 2 for the placeholders on the other side of the opening (so you can remount the door to open the other way if desired.)
I pulled the front panel forward and up to remove. I took out two bolts that keep the top of the washer secure. I removed the soap dispenser tray(4 screws). I took out two bolts mounting the locking mechanism and swapped out with the new part. There were 4 electrical connections to plug in.
