I figured out what it was, when going thru a cycle it would shut down on spin, no water would drain out of washer. so with out any help from anyone. I looked up AppliancePartsPros.com took back of washer off and removed pump. My biggest problem was the pump was sent out on fifth (5th) of June but didn't get the pump until 14th. Guess what they sent the wrong pump. So I made the phone call and the service man promised I would have my pump in 2 day. And so I did and I watched your video of putting it back together and the washing machine is as good as new.
