Kenneth L Logan , NM June 22, 2018 Drain pump froze up I figured out what it was, when going thru a cycle it would shut down on spin, no water would drain out of washer. so with out any help from anyone. I looked up AppliancePartsPros.com took back of washer off and removed pump. My biggest problem was the pump was sent out on fifth (5th) of June but didn't get the pump until 14th. Guess what they sent the wrong pump. So I made the phone call and the service man promised I would have my pump in 2 day. And so I did and I watched your video of putting it back together and the washing machine is as good as new. THANKSAPPLIANCEPARTSPROS. Monya M Lexington , VA January 27, 2025 Appliance: Model WA456DRHDWR/AA SAMSUNG WASHER Samsung washer drain pump replacement My washer just quite draining water one day. I ended up with jean soup and had not a clue what to do. After research on the ApplicancePartPros' website, I was able to identify that it was the drain pump. Put in my order for a replacement part. Once the part finally arrived, I, along with my 23 year old daughter, was able to change out the drain pump. The video was easy to follow and made my life a little easier. This was the second experied I have had with ordering and repairiing myself (first was a dryer timer) and I will not go anywhere else for my future needs. I wish all aspects of my life were drama free when repairing or replacing. Thank you APP!!!
