After 6 years got this nd no drain error on the screen. Drained manually and then the program would continue (so water level sensor OK). Also, trying the diagnostics- was able to make the pump work and water did pump out- so not a problem with the pump itself. When it first started happening, the problem would manifest intermittently. When the repair guy came out the machine was working OK - suggested that if it happens again just get a new main board- in spite of the high purchase cost these modern machines don't last nearly as long as the old to loaders. Ordered a new board - came in 2 days. Pretty easy to install- open the back cover, board is down near the floor. Just remove and move over connectors from old to new board one at a time. So far working fine..
