I changed out the pump and made sure all the hoses were clear and still had the problem. Decided to take the chance with the pcb asy as it was cheaper than a new washer. Much easier than i thought it would be. Just disconnect the wires and remove the screws and replace. It worked perfectly after I put it back together.
