Ritchie R Eagle River , AK July 17, 2014 Drain pump continued to run after washing machine completed wash cycle and shut off Unplugged washing machine from the electrical outlet, removed the rear panel, then partially removed the drain pump (I left the wiring connected so I could check operation of the pump). Plugged electrical cord back in and checked pump operation - all seemed to be working fine. Reinstalled the pump, then removed the console to check the electronic control board. Used an ohm meter and checked wiring continuity from control board to pump - checked good. Ordered the electronic control board for replacement and it arrived just 2 days after placing my order. Removed the old control board, installed the new one. Reinstalled the console and everything checked good!
