I was hoping to just replace the drain pump but realized the pump had different electrical connectors. This means the entire kit was needed. I couldn't just switch out the pump. The circulation pump and the wiring harness also needed to be replaced to facilitate the new drain pump. I took a little more time than expected, but all is good now!
