Roger R St. Albans , WV February 24, 2015 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG WF337AAL/XAA The drain pump quit on the clothes washer I ordered a new drain pump, but before it arrived I determined the problem was with the control panel. After a chat-line conversation, I ordered a new panel. It was easy to install and it solved my problem. The pump is being returned; it was never out of the box. Reference; orders 5193561 and 5206001.
