Roger R St. Albans , WV February 24, 2015 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG WF337AAL/XAA The drain pump quit on the clothes washer I ordered a new drain pump, but before it arrived I determined the problem was with the control panel. After a chat-line conversation, I ordered a new panel. It was easy to install and it solved my problem. The pump is being returned; it was never out of the box. Reference; orders 5193561 and 5206001. Dennis B Lafayette , LA June 17, 2016 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG FRONT LOAD WASHER Stopped mid cycle with the "nd" code it is no drain Checked first for a clogged hose. All clear. took off back and checked hoses to pump. OK. Removed pump and put 120 to pump it ran fine. Checked output of control board for voltage to pump . No voltage. system does not have any external sensor for controlling pump So I determined it was the board. Board has several small relays and one controls the drain pump. But looks like it would be easy to change if available. Parts on board are sealed with some kind of clear silicone I guess to water proof it. ordered a replacement board , changed it and back in business.
