Richard D Conway , MA October 07, 2018 Drain pump was not working correctly. I replaced the pump. Decided at 4 pm that I needed to replace the drain pump. I called three or four local stores that sold Bosch washing machines. No one had the Product on hand but they could order the part. The quickest they could get it would be a couple days because they wouldn’t even get an order in till the next day. So I decided to order it myself on line because it was at $30 less. I was thrilled to receive the part the next day before noon. So I paid less for the part, the reply part was here in less then 24 hours and it came directly to the house.
