Removed access panel on back of fridge. Obtained part number from old drip pan. Went online to Appliance Parts Pros and within seconds found the exact replacement. The website said "1.7 days delivery typical". With much doubt, I ordered part. 1.5 days later the drip pan was on my front porch in perfect condition. It's been a very long time that a company actually did what they said they'd do. Awesome job Appliance Parts Pros. Please say thank you to everyone involved.
