Jeff O Fruit Cove , FL September 27, 2020 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG DV328AEW/XAA Dryer felt seal failed I watched the helpful video and replaced the dryer drum. Started with taking the top off of the dryer, then piece by piece, i disassembled the dryer to get to the dryer drum. Even though the model I had was slightly different than the one in the video, i was able to make it work. The repair video was extremely helpful and this project was much easier than I expected.
