I researched the problem online and came across APP. After reading about other peoples issues, I decided to contact the tech line. They were very helpful and explained that it was cost-effective to purchase the entire heater assembly. I reviewed the video on replacing the part and took apart the dryer which took less than 1/2 hour, making sure I had the 2 wire unit. Make sure you take pictures of the heater wire connections before disassembly as mine were not the same as the video. The part came quickly after 2 days, I reinstalled it using the video was helpful and now I have a working dryer, much cheaper than hiring tech and everything worked out.
