I initially replaced the thermal fuse. I figured I would start there. After further diagnosis, determined that the heating element was faulty. While ordering the heating element, I did a little more research and decided that if I was going to replace the heating element, and go through the work of disassembly, that I would also replace the thermal cut off kit. I recieved the repair parts when expected and was able to follow the a available video to complete the repair successfully.
