Used a tester to check the heating element. It checked out that it was an open circuit, showing that the element was bad. I removed the element to get a part number from the old element. This unit had been replaced with another number unit, so I called and ordered the part that evening. The very next afternoon Fed/ex was pulling into my driveway with the part. What a great job you guys did.
