I ordered the natural gas conversion orifice with 2 day shipping, I also ordered for only maintenance reasons a new ignitor, as they are very common wear and tear item (like a spark plug on a gas engine or a glow plug on a diesel engine ). Both items came promptly and well protected . Easy install, only needed a Phillips screwdriver for entire repair. R&R top first, r&r front display panel,r&r door,r&r front panel,r&r drum (very easy), replaced ignitor and orifice. Total job took 30 min. I only wished that I would have remembered to order a new belt, just for maintenance purposes, the original still looked good a felt strong, no cracks present but this is a good time to replace.
