I wasn't sure what was making the noise in my dryer so ordered a set of Drum Support Rollers along with a Belt Tension Pulley as suggested by Appliance Parts Pros. I decided to also replace the Dryer Drum Belt since the machine is older and it was going to be apart anyway. I watched the videos for each piece to familiarize myself on what needed to be done and then set out to tackle the job. The videos were fabulous! Every step--from unplugging the dryer to reinserting the last screw was included along with detailed close-up shots of the areas being worked on. I set my laptop up next to the dryer and played the video while working on the project and was able to stop it to complete the step I was working on and then restart it. The squeak is gone and the project took a total of 1.5 rewarding (and truly enjoyable) hours.
