I replaced the felt and the plastic guide strips on the drum. It was a simple repair that took about 90 minutes. I simply removed the front door panel, removed the old felt strips and glued on the new ones. Make sure to thoroughly remove the old felt and glue. I used a flat razor blade to help remove the old adhesive.
