I posted my problem, and a pro responded within 1 day with a solution and parts needed. I viewed the video on the website, and ordered the part. FedEx took an extra day to deliver (reason: at 11.45 am - no attempt made, will deliver the next day.)
When I installed the timer it took me about 15 minutes. Very easy after I viewed the video.
