Annette L Greenwood , DE October 14, 2014 Roper dryer needed the timer replaced I used the YouTube video (showed me which parts to check using OHM meter) to find out what part needed replacing. Then, ordered the part around 3:30 pm on Friday--it arrived around 9:20 am on Saturday (yes, the next day). I used the standard shipping option, not expedited. Could not believe it arrived so quickly! It was the correct part, arrived in a flash and the website was very easy to use when ordering. When part arrived, hubby was busy so I took the part out of the box, matched up the wiring, unscrewed the old timer and replaced it with the new one. Plugged in the dryer and had heat. Once I found out which part needed replacing, the rest was very easy. I would DEFINITELY use them again. Sears tried to get me to purchase through them by giving me a discount on the part (which would have almost covered the shipping cost of $8.95) but, it would have taken two weeks for the part to be delivered. The SearsPartsDirect rep also tried the scare tactic of catching the house on fire by not using them to order the part directly from the manufacturer. :( Boo Sears, Hooray for AppliancePartsPros.com! :) Thank you AppliancePartsPros.com.
