After calling a repairman and having him tell me that the motor was bad ($79.95 SERVICE CALL), I felt around the door and discovered that the lid switch was broken off. Called the repairman back only to be told that it would be $185.00 repair cost! THAT IS WHEN I got on the internet and discovered your parts site. I am a single 70 year old female living alone and on a restricted budget, but I hate being taken advantage of because of this. I even called the repair company and asked HOW CAN YOU CHARGE $185.00 for a $12.00 part? His answer was he was in business to make money, pay employees, etc. So, after a couple of How To Open Up the Dryer videos on the internet and several calls to your wonderfully helpful staff, I fixed it myself. It wasn't even the switch, it was the bracket holding the switch in. I don't think I have ever dealt with a more understanding, helpful company. Whoever that young lady was, she is a treasure. Thank you again for your wonderful service.
