First let me say I was impressed with the shipping. I ordered the part in the afternoon, got an email that same afternoon telling me the part was on the way. It arrived mid afternoon the next day.
I knew the repair would be easy, however, I watched the repair video anyway. The video was spot on and for someone who might be intimidated, it would instill confidence that they could perform the repair.
