The drying agent lid was broken for a couple years now and our dishes would never dry completely. We finally decided to google for Kenmore parts and this website came up. Couldn't believe how easy it was. All we had to do was find the brand and model number and all the parts showed up on Appliancepartspros.com website. We scanned thru the list found the lid and ordered. It arrived within 2 days. Viola!!
