At first I was unsure what had happened to my electric Whirlpool range. The front left dual-element burner remained on high heat regardless of the setting. Consequently, I turned to YouTube and found the answer and the instructions I needed. After ordering the correct part replacement, I fixed the switch in about 10 minutes by taking off the back of the stove, pulling the bad switch, and replacing it with a new one. It is now perfect, and I am now very happy with my DIY job.
