First replaced the control board as it appeared to have a fault. The problem remained. I then got on the website again, researched, and talked with the service people. We decided it was the user interface and I then replaced that yesterday with a perfect fix. Easy changeout. Might be helpful to have a YouTube video for the interface but found the service manual online. Really very simple to do both. The control board does have a video and it was perfect.
