The diagnosis was simple, replace drain pump. But without the fix it video I would gave spent hours learning that the outer door needed to be removed to access the pump. And the secret press latch to remove the pump. The parts were easy to order using their parts diagrams and were delivered next day. I replaced the broken flimsy plastic door handle as long as I had the door apart. A bonus repair!
