After I cleaned the filter and check the hoses, I ordered a new pump. I used this video to install it
I did use a channel lock to get the old pump off because it wouldn't turn easily and getting the new pump to seat was a challenge, but the rest was straightforward if you follow the video.
I'm back to washing dishes again.
