I ordered what I thought was the correct replacement board. It showed up and was slightly different. This was my fault; I hadn’t verified the model number off the label on the door. The customer service rep was very helpful in finding the exact board I needed and setting up the return for the piece I needed. Once I actually had the correct model board in place, the repair was very easy. Note: I took a picture of the wires and plugs connected to the old board before unhooking and swapping out the boards. This helped take the guesswork out of that part.
