I watched the video (which I believe was on your site). Seemed simple enough and said that time to complete was 15 minutes.
I could see that being true but it took me about 45 minutes as I was very careful not to break anything while installing the new control.
The only issue I had was getting the wash selection knob to fit into the control I then took the control board out of the plastic housing to line up the groove on it to the groove on the plastic housing. That is where the extra time came in as I was very careful getting the board out.
After that, it was smooth sailing.
