My next door neighbor, an elderly woman, had the control for her over burn up. She could not afford a repair man to come out so I told her I would fix it. I got confused and ordered the wrong control. I called the Pros and the girl I talked to set me straight. She was very knowledgeable and sent me the correct part. The company also made it very easy to return the wrong control for a full refund.I would highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to try to fix any appliance themselves.
